Empty Leg Charters
Discounted one-way repositioning flights for travellers whose dates can move — the same aircraft and crew, at a fraction of the charter rate.
Aircraft rarely finish a charter where the next one starts. The repositioning flight in between — the empty leg — has to happen anyway, so it is sold at a substantial discount.
If your dates and times are flexible, an empty leg is the least expensive way to fly privately. The aircraft, the crew and the service are identical; only the price and the flexibility differ.
What to expect
- Savings of 25–50% against the equivalent published charter rate.
- Fixed routing and timing. The aircraft is already committed at both ends, so departure windows are narrow.
- Short notice. Most empty legs surface between 24 hours and two weeks before departure.
- Subject to the original charter. If the primary booking changes, the empty leg can change with it.
