An operator has an obvious interest in selling you the aircraft it happens to own. As a broker we have no such interest, which is exactly what makes our safety assessment worth something.

Before we place a client on any aircraft, we verify the operator independently — and we repeat that verification for every flight, not once at onboarding.

What we verify

• Air Operator Certificate. Current, in the correct category, and valid for the operation you are buying.
• Insurance. Hull and third-party liability at limits appropriate to the mission, with the certificate seen and dated.
• Maintenance status. Airworthiness review certificate and maintenance programme compliance for the specific airframe.
• Crew currency. Licences, medicals, type ratings and recency for the crew actually rostered on your flight.
• Third-party ratings. ARGUS and WYVERN standing where held, alongside KCAA and regional regulatory status.

Risk management

We monitor the market for newly incorporated operators and for gaps in licensing, and we maintain contingency options on every booking. If an aircraft goes technical, we move you to another operator's aircraft rather than leaving you to argue for a refund.
