The Great Migration is the largest overland movement of animals on earth, and the Mara River crossings between July and October are its most dramatic chapter. This itinerary puts you in a private conservancy bordering the reserve — where night drives and off-road tracking are permitted and vehicle numbers are strictly capped.
Day by day
- Day 1. Morning charter from Wilson to the conservancy airstrip. Camp transfer, lunch and an afternoon game drive.
- Day 2. Full day in the reserve with a packed breakfast, positioned at the crossing points. Evening sundowner and night drive.
- Day 3. Dawn balloon option, then a full day tracking the herds with your guide. Bush dinner under the stars.
- Day 4. Final morning drive, then the charter back to Nairobi.
